At the point of our first contact an appointment will be scheduled to carry out an essential site survey of your property. This is the most important factor of your project as it is here at this stage all the data is calculated to enable us design the most efficient system to suit your home. Once all the data has been taken and a calculation made, an estimate is then prepared for your project. The schedule of works that acompanies your estimate is an accurate indication of how your project will progress to completion. Upon completion and finalisation of relevant documentation a complete demonstration and familiarisation of controls is conducted to demonstrate ease of use. A Handover Pack is also provided including important documentation such as MCS Certificate, Building Control Notification, Insurance Backed Guarantee and other essential documents.
