The Ofgem BUS Grant is towards the cost of having an air source heat pump installed in your property. The Government Grant has been increased to £7,500.00 as of Monday 23rd October 2023.
Ofgem have eligibility criteria which must be met and one of the criteria is the property must have a valid EPC.
Ofgem may also wish to audit the installation once it has been completed and may therefore require access to the installation to carry out their audit.
Ofgem have in general made the process straight forward for the Installation Company to apply for on the Client's behalf.
