Initial Stages

As with any successful project there will in most instances be an initial survey and site visit to visually evaluate your project and to ensure each aspect has been given thorough consideration. Personally, this is the most important aspect of any project as it is all of the building measurement and structure data obtained from the survey that will be used to conduct an MCS Compliant Room by Room Heat Loss Calculation. It is this protocol and procedure that determines the most suitable Heat Pump that will satisfy the building Heat Demand 100%. An in depth Heat Loss Report, a Performance Estimate and a competitive Estimate can be then prepared for you. Other documentation will accompany these items including important Consumer Code terms and rights to cancel information. At this stage of your Project we can also apply for your Boiler Upgrade Scheme on your behalf with your consent. Ofgem will also contact you to confirm your consent before begin to process your application.

Project Commencement

Moving on to your project commencing, we pride ourselves on good communication and keeping our Clients fully informed as the project commences. In your Estimate you will have a Daily Work Schedule which will highlight the aims of each day of the project and in general it is normally quite accurate.

Completion of your project is where a full commission of your new system takes place along with a full demonstration of the new controls and a discussion on the configuration of the system and its settings.

Upon completion you will receive a Handover Pack which will include MCS Certificate, Building Compliance, DNO Letter, Workmanship Insurance Backed Guarantee, Heat Pump Warranty, User Guides and other important system documentation.

All Important Peace of Mind

In addition, we can now with your consent add your new system to the Manufacturer's Cloud Service which will enable ourselves as your Installer and the Manufacturer's Technical Team to remotely monitor your new system for future performance and maintenance purposes giving you additional peace of mind. This is a free service at no additional costs.

Keeping In Touch

A follow up visit normally takes place a week later, in most cases a phone call will take place the next day to ensure you are fully satisfied with the outcomes of your project. On a follow up visit the purpose is mainly to see how you are adapting to your new system and to answer any technical questions you may have or to adjust any configuration settings to ensure you are happy with the configuration.
